Elwood is currently hiring a Team Lead for an industry leading provider of warehouse, inventory management, and ecommerce services in the Lancaster area. This warehouse is a family-owned and operated warehouse based right here in Lancaster, PA.

Warehouse Team Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Other Shifts may be available
• Assign tasks to team members throughout the shift
• Monitoring productivity of the team and providing feedback and coaching
• Auditing the quality of the work produced by the team
• Completing all documentation and related paperwork
• Promoting safety and motivating team members

Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution facility using a warehouse management system
• Previous Team Lead experience is required
• Be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to effectively communicate (Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred)
• Ability to work overtime when needed
