We are looking for an experienced Architectural Project Designer
That definition in our firm has the following qualifications:
- Being able to work thru a project under an Architect from conception into Construction Documents.
- Having knowledge and experience working on several different construction types that include steel beams/ steel joist, ICF, wood, masonry and metal building systems. With importance of understanding the various construction assemblies.
- Having experience providing artistic renderings using Sketch-up/Enscape.
- Being able to help with basic plumbing drawings, structural drawings and lighting plans working in conjunction with outsource Professional Engineer's.
- A professional degree is not required if you have the experience. We are looking for a mid to advanced level of training and/or experience.
As a Project Designer you will have the following experience:
- You will work in a 'Small Studio Firm' that works on many diversified building types both large and small.
- You will be asked to use and follow our AutoCAD standards and references to maintain our high level of deliverables.
- You will be asked to be productive but not pressured, earning an hourly rate with overtime available.
- We will put your personal life above your job to keep you happy. You have the option of working flex hours and overtime.
