Lead - Evidence Analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

What will you be doing?
Lead high-value projects and teams focused on systematic evaluation of scientific and clinical evidence
Align evidence analysis priorities with commercial strategy to generate business value
Perform literature reviews and data analysis to support product claims and promotional materials
Manage and approve promotional assets and product claims for assigned portfolios
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Global Clinical and Medical Affairs, and other functions
Mentor junior team members and support project scoping and report sign-off
Ensure compliance and quality standards across all deliverables
What will you need to be successful?
Degree in biomedical sciences or clinical discipline (PhD preferred)
At least five years of relevant experience (PhD time considered)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently
Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex data for varied audiences
Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reference management software
