Electrical Engineer
Position Overview We are looking for a full-time Electrical Engineer to join our team immediately. This role is focused on the design of power, lighting, and electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical design skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a local position based out of our West Chester office with a hybrid work schedule. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 (Based on experience) Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the design of building electrical systems
- Certifications: EIT (Engineer in Training) or PE (Professional Engineer) license is highly preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit is required
- Perform electrical load calculations, fault current analysis, and voltage drop calculations
- Design commercial and industrial power distribution, lighting, and control systems
- Interpret and apply relevant National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes to all projects
- Specify electrical equipment, components, and systems
- Produce comprehensive design drawings, sketches, and schedules utilizing AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Prepare detailed, written project specifications
- Review project submittals and contractor shop drawings
- Conduct engineering field activities, including surveying existing site conditions and performing construction observation
- Coordinate technical design work seamlessly with other disciplines, including mechanical (HVAC), architectural, and structural teams
