DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Maintain and update files located in the Southwest Regional Office as well as schedule/facilitate file reviews to the general public. This position is also responsible for providing coverage for the other clerical functions within the office or as needed and at the direction of the supervisor or management.Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Limited term, full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week. Work hours are 8:00am to 4:00pmwith a 30-minute lunch. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting hourly rate of $18.46 (before taxes).

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
