Loan Originator - Remote | WFH

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in a full-time remote capacity! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to guide clients through the mortgage process, from loan origination to underwriting. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, analyzing their financial situations, and providing expert advice on mortgage products to help them achieve their homeownership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate lasting relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional experience throughout their mortgage journey.
Collaborate with prospective clients to assess their financial and credit information, identify their financing needs, and recommend the most suitable mortgage products and services.
Clearly explain loan terms, commitments, and help clients understand the entire loan process.
Stay well-informed on all available lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring top-tier customer service.
Market unique mortgage offerings to clients by understanding and meeting their specific needs.
Continuously monitor market trends and interest rates to offer clients up-to-date and accurate guidance.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to meet business goals and provide excellent service.

Qualifications:

license is required.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, or the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Strong customer service skills, with a great ability to listen, present, and communicate effectively.
Ability to stay accountable, be adaptable, and work well within a team.
Excellent attention to detail, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Capable of multitasking, staying motivated, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
