Job Summary
The Entry Level Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with a portfolio of mid-market customers. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, driving growth through identifying revenue opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be accountable for customer relationship management, achieving revenue targets, and retaining existing services. As part of the Bickerton & Wieland team, located in Harrisburg, PA, you will contribute to the company's success while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Core Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and closing revenue opportunities for existing accounts.
- Renew customer contracts to sustain and grow the company’s revenue.
- Build and maintain regular contact with assigned customers, ensuring alignment with NRG’s energy solutions.
- Develop and deliver solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients in energy and sustainability services.
- Resolve any customer issues by acting as the primary point of escalation to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of sales and services to local and regional accounts within the mid-market segment.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to develop and execute account management strategies aimed at maximizing sales and retention.
- Position and sell NRG's energy products and services to customers at retail locatins and event venues.
- Manage sales forecasts, revenue streams, and opportunities in alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Make independent decisions in key matters to ensure the best interests of the company and customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
