Receptionist/Admin

Randstad is looking for a polished, dependable, and reliable Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join a professional legal firm in Paoli, PA. This is a temporary-to-permanent, high-visibility role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is a true "people person" and proactive communicator who excels at multitasking, maintains a professional atmosphere, and holds a high level of discretion regarding sensitive, confidential information.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Client Relations : Greet visitors warmly and manage the overall lobby atmosphere.
• Communication Management : Screen, answer, and route incoming calls to the appropriate parties with professionalism.
• Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and manage busy calendars for the professional legal staff.
• Digital Organization: Maintain case records through diligent scanning, filing, and digital organization.
