We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Macungie, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial records are well-maintained and balanced.

• Enter, review, and update financial data in the system while maintaining high attention to detail.

• Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments are made.

• Support technicians and drivers with administrative tasks and customer-related assistance.

• Review financial reports and provide necessary updates or corrections.

• Collaborate with team members to promote effective and seamless workflow.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to manage financial data effectively.

• Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to assist customers and support team members effectively.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial reporting.
