As a new Part Time Medical Assistant at Oculoplastic Surgeons of Philadelphia, you can expect a supportive and engaging work environment focused on patient care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing patient rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for procedures, and assisting with patient intake. You will play a key role in taking patient histories, recording vital signs, and providing education on postoperative care.

Additionally, youll be expected to manage appointment schedules, ensuring a seamless experience for patients while also maintaining accurate medical records. if possible, participate in various procedures and gaining hands-on experience in oculoplastic practices. Your expected schedule will be from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life experience while contributing to the high-performance culture at our Philadelphia clinic.

To thrive as a Part Time Medical Assistant at Oculoplastic Surgeons of Philadelphia, a solid foundation in medical terminology is essential, enabling clear communication with both patients and team members. Prior medical office experience will help you adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment and enhance the patient experience.
