A Standout Opportunity: Event Care & B2B Care

Looking for something beyond the typical childcare role? This is where things get exciting.

Our caregivers have the opportunity to provide event childcare and business-to-business (B2B) care , supporting:

• Corporate events
• Weddings & special events
• Church functions/nursery 
• Community programs
• Partnered business childcare needs

In these roles, you represent Jovie directly.
You’ll be part of a high-caliber, professional childcare experience , creating safe, engaging spaces for children while their parents attend events or work commitments.

You’ll even receive Jovie-branded shirts to wear at events—so you show up confident, polished, and part of a trusted team.

Clearances for Event & B2B Care
Some events and partners may require additional clearances.

• We’ll guide you through anything needed
• All required clearances are reimbursed
• Caregivers must be willing and able to obtain additional clearances as opportunities arise

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing safe, engaging care for children ages 6 weeks to 13 years
• Leading fun activities, crafts, and play
• Supporting routines, meals, and daily care
• Creating positive, memorable experiences for every child
• Traveling to homes, centers, and event locations as needed

️ Where You’ll Work

Greater Pittsburgh Area , including but not limited to: Wexford, Allison Park, Fox Chapel, Sewickley, Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, North Side, Mount Lebanon, Oakland, Moon, Cranberry, Plum, Green Tree, Downtown, Irwin, Leechburg, Canonsburg, McDonald, Regent Square, Gibsonia, Valencia & more.

⏰ Schedule Options

• Full-time
• Part-time
• Fully flexible roles

Typical shifts may include:

• 4–10 hour shifts
• Daytime, before-school care, after-school care, date nights 
• Monday–Friday availability
• Occasional weekends, on-call, or  event opportunities

Pay & Benefits

Part-Time: $16–$18/hr
Full-Time: Up to $20/hr

Pay is based on experience, availability, flexibility, and willingness to travel.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum of 2 years childcare experience
• Infant/toddler experience (preferred)
• CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Three childcare references
• Daytime availability

Required for ALL caregivers:

• Reliable personal vehicle
• Valid driver’s license
• Active auto insurance

Additionally:

• Willingness to obtain and maintain required clearances (including those needed for event/B2B care—fully reimbursed)
