PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Front-line direct field supervision of hourly construction and customer service employees Plan, schedule, and inspect the work of employees engaged in installation, maintenance, and service work Regular contact with customers to resolve gas service issues and to ensure appropriate customer service levels Conduct daily responsibilities while taking an active role in safety Coordination of daily emergency response logistics Scoping and estimating of daily, routine, system operating/maintenance and pipeline installation projects within the defined service territory Ensure adherence to rigorous Safety and Quality standards by all employees in the department Occasionally work at neighboring service centers on an as needed basis

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's Degree with supervisory and/or field experience Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues Ability to prioritize and multitask daily responsibilities Comfortable interacting with others and communicating with supervisors, customers, and field personnel Demonstrated supervisory capability and the ability to quickly solve problems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree with concentrations in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The base salary range for this position is $86,000 - $89,500, with an approximate 20% increase in base salary after one year of successful training.

The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
