Account Manager I
Job Description Summary:
- As a member of a dynamic sales team, the sales professional is responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships with small and medium-sized customers. Daily interaction with your assigned customer territory using digital platforms. Ability to achieve company and personal sales goals in a fast-paced environment while executing market strategies by engaging customers and developing value propositions that meet their needs.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains existing business by developing an understanding of the customer’s business and supply chain through research and customer interaction, analyzing customer needs and developing and implementing solutions.
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal teams, such as sales counterparts and operations as well as other internal partners like to provide a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
- Regularly engages with customers to ensure customer understanding of service offerings and to maximize customer utilization of products and services.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education/Minimum Experience:
- To be considered for this position you must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree/equivalent OR Four (4) years of business-to-business sales experience OR one (1) year of the Company's business-to-business sales experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Communication Skills, Product Knowledge, Solution Building, Time Management, Organization, Self-Motivation, Adaptability, Problem Solving, Business Acumen, Ability to build and maintain client relationships, Leveraging Technology.
Preferred Qualifications: Quantifiable & Measurable Sales Achievements, Sales Experience using Digital tools/CRM
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $18.82 - $35.05
Additional Details: Hybrid – In office Monday – Thursday, Remote work Friday
