We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Dermatologist to join our growing and well-established practice in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania , where we are currently expanding
About the Practice:
- Join a collaborative team of 5 board-certified physicians (including an experienced MOHS surgeon) and 12 advanced practice providers across multiple thriving locations in Pennsylvania.
- Practice from one primary location —no traveling required.
- Enjoy a modern, dynamic environment designed with both patient experience and provider wellness in mind.
What We Offer:
- Practice Autonomy – Design a schedule that suits your lifestyle and interests. Choose a 4-day work week , and tailor your caseload to general dermatology , a blend of general and cosmetic , or even incorporate MOHS if desired.
- Lucrative Compensation –
- $400K base salary plus production incentive with no cap
- Sign-on bonus
- $15,000 annual stipend per APP supervised
- Comprehensive Benefits Package , including:

- CME allowance

- Medical Doctor (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), or MD/Ph.D. degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology (BE/BC Dermatology)
- State medical license in good standing
- Strong commitment to patient care, education, and ethical practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
