Essential Skills

• Hands-on HVAC experience in a manufacturing, service, or technical environment.
• Strong mechanical assembly experience with complex equipment or systems.
• Proficiency in brazing, specifically with copper components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• EPA Certification (Universal or equivalent) for handling refrigerants.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for mechanical and HVAC-related issues.
• Ability to run diagnostics and interpret test results on HVAC equipment.
• High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Technical school education in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting is a plus.
• Familiarity with computer-based test systems and data entry.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a production schedule.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with testing equipment and tools.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
