Overview:

Parts Associate Summary and Key Responsibilities : 

 

Primary Responsibility includes processing parts through the Company fulfillment software program: receiving, stocking and shipping of parts; tracking of inventory and maintaining a clean and organized parts room/office area.

• Order and process all parts through the fulfillment program.
• Pull and inventory used parts as needed.
• Stock parts and/or distribute parts to Service Technicians in a timely and organized manner.
• Track inventor and maintain the parts/stock room in a clean, organized manner.
• Reconcile and prepare payment request of invoices for parts.
• Prepare proper billing to customers for parts as needed.
• Timely submission of Warranty/Guarantee on parts.
• Handle customer service issues and field visits when necessary.

What we’re looking for:

Parts Associate Requirement and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Effective oral and written communications. Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer, smart phone and tablet skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy warehouse and delivery environment.
• Experience with small power tools and installing large appliances (preferred).
• Basic plumbing and/or electrical knowledge a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 35-100 pounds and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related). Other specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment.
