What You’ll Do

• Lead clinical decision-making for your designated cases with confidence and integrity
• Design and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment and behavior plans
• Complete assessment and re-assessments
• Supervise BTs and RBTs on your caseload
• Partner with caregivers to support meaningful, lasting behavior change
• Use data and innovative technology to drive outcomes
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality, growth, and best practices
• Serve as a clinical resource within a growing organization

What You Bring to StepOne

• A BCBA certification and LBS license (PA) - Required.
• 5+ years of BCBA experience
• Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Strong communication skills, compassion, and dedication to client success.
• A passion for empowering individuals with autism through evidence-based care.
• Reliable internet and ability to work remotely within PA
• Previous remote BCBA experience a plus

Physical Capabilities

Requires regular computer work and requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension.
