Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Call requirements every 3rd day and at least 1-2 weekends per month
• Call hours: 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends
• Expected to assist in general OR when there are no CVOR cases
• Float to General OR as needed
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Pennsylvania RN license required with no license hits accepted
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Skills include CVOR procedures, CABG, TAVR, mitral valve replacement, MAZE procedure, atrial septal defect repair
• Additional responsibilities: cell saver operation, blood product administration, infection control, laser safety, radiation safety
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)
• Manager interview required
