Sales Executive - Software Engineering Services
TRooTech Business Solutions — a 350+ people global software engineering firm — is expanding into the US market with a new office in New York. We’re looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to drive our growth in North America through full-cycle enterprise sales of AI Solutions, Enterprise Platform Services, Custom Software Development and Data Engineering services.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.
- Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise clients seeking AI/ML , CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, ServiceNow) , ERPs(SAP), HCM (Workday), Platform Engineering , Custom Software and Data Engineering solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions, present tailored proposals, and collaborate with delivery teams in India to ensure client success.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Represent TRooTech at tech conferences, trade shows, and networking events in the US.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, digital transformation, or enterprise software .
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Strong consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling offshore/onshore delivery models preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).
