Expanding Oncology Practice

Penn Highlands Healthcare is adding a medical oncologist to our well-established practice at a new practice location. The new practice would share time between Clarion, PA and Punxsutawney, PA .

Based out of DuBois, PA, Penn Highlands Healthcare offers innovative hematology and medical oncology care. Penn Highlands Healthcare is an integrated healthcare system that offers supportive services through a comprehensive breast service line, a new GI lab, interventional radiology, PET/CT, cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, and The Lung Center named a Center of Excellence with the Lung Cancer Alliance and UPMC Center of Excellence of Lung Cancer Screening.

Position Details:

• Collaborative team that includes 4 hematology-oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers that deliver outstanding, multidisciplinary care to patients
• Split time between new-site location and Hahne Regional Cancer Center at Penn Highlands DuBois
• Services include immunotherapy, management of solid tumors, chemotherapy, blood cancers
• Support staff includes onsite RN supervisor, oncology certified or eligible RNs
