What you’ll do
- Support the development of client relationships and contribute to proposal preparation and interviews.
- Assist in developing project work plans, schedules, and design strategies to ensure efficient project execution.
- Prepare drawings, narratives, and technical specifications across all phases—from schematic design through construction documents.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated, cohesive, and technically sound project delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Participate in reviewing submittals, responding to contractor inquiries, and conducting periodic site visits during construction.
- Travel periodically to project sites during design and construction phases.

Here's what you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in commercial, institutional, research, microelectronics, mission-critical, or transit facility projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree preferred).
- Architectural licensure is strongly preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure will be considered.
- Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other modeling/rendering tools.
- Experience in multi-discipline project coordination, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within design teams and mentor emerging professionals.

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $152,100.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
