Contract: W2 only, 11-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full-time

Pay: $50 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match

Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to support the execution of Conversational AI initiatives, specifically the CB Assistant chatbot. This role focuses on journey mapping, requirement writing, user story creation, UAT, and release management to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality chatbot experiences.

You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Conversation Designer, Authors, and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product vision and high-level requirements into detailed conversational requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering and QA teams to manage sprint planning and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for chatbot features and flows
• Support release management activities, including documentation and stakeholder communication
• Work with conversational designers and NLP specialists to refine intents, utterances, and taxonomy
• Validate chatbot responses and ensure alignment with conversational design principles
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain and groom the product backlog in collaboration with engineering and design teams

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, preferably in Conversational AI, chatbots, or NLP
• Hands-on experience with requirement writing, user stories, and agile methodologies
• Familiarity with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework)
• Strong understanding of intent modeling, NLP concepts, and chatbot testing
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience with UAT coordination and release management
• B2B experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI ethics and guardrails for chatbot behavior
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities
