What you can expect at your practice:

Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner

Position will hold responsibility at Annville, Ephrata and Lititz urgent cares

Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 7:30 AM - 8:30 PM

Every third weekend rotation

Rotate working 2 major holidays per year (e.g., Memorial Day, Independence Day)

Volume Expectations: See 3-4 patients per hour, depending on seasonality

Orientation: 4-6 weeks with a preceptor for new Urgent Care providers

Practice Details: Treats all ages, no patients turned away

Incentive Plan:

Eligible after 6 months

Up to $2,000 monthly bonus based on patient experience, volume, and visit duration

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

• Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required

• Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

Work Experience:

• 1 year Required

Licenses:

• Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or

• Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and

• Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:

• BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

• Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and

• Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or

• Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
