Production Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $26.00 to $28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 04:00pm )

• Supervise polyurethane molding, finishing, and painting operations from start to final product
• Train, lead, and schedule production team members to meet daily output goals
• Monitor quality control, ensuring products meet specifications and finish standards
• Enforce safety procedures, PPE use, and compliance in a chemical manufacturing environment
• Coordinate workflow, materials, and equipment maintenance to support efficient production runs

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production environments required
• Experience in molding, plastics, polyurethane, painting, or industrial finishing preferred
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and chemical handling procedures required A
• bility to read technical documents, measurements, and production specifications required
