Restoration Laborer / Demolition Technician

The Role: As a Restoration Laborer, you are the first line of defense. You will assist our lead technicians and carpenters in stabilizing and cleaning up properties damaged by water, fire, or storms. This is a hands-on role with plenty of room for advancement into Water Mitigation or Carpentry for the right person.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Demolition: Removing damaged drywall, flooring, cabinets, and insulation.
- Debris Removal: Loading dumpsters and keeping job sites clean and safe.
- Equipment Setup: Helping set up fans, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers.
- Assistance: Gathering tools and materials for carpenters and lead technicians.
- Content Moving: Carefully packing and moving furniture/boxes out of work areas.
Requirements:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/work on your feet for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be on time and ready to work every day.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.
- Attitude: A "can-do" attitude and willingness to follow safety instructions (PPE will be provided).
- No previous restoration experience required – we will train the right person!
