What You'll Do

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting students’ communication development and overall academic success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs.

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.

  • Delivering engaging and effective therapy sessions in both individual and small group settings.

  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to monitor and support student progress.

  • Tracking student development and making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

  • Maintaining detailed, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of sessions, evaluations, and progress reports.

What You Bring to the Team

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

  • A valid Pennsylvania SLP license (required).

  • Proven experience conducting speech and language evaluations (required).

  • Prior experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to support student growth.

  • Completion of required background checks, including Pennsylvania Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Background Check.
