JOB SUMMARY:
Provides support to the accounting and finance function of the Firm. This includes but is not limited to Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Posts vendor vouchers and client payments
- Performs data entry and spreadsheet management
- Supports internal stakeholder and external business partner inquiries
- Assists with Accounts Payable functions including but not limited to verifying invoices, expense reports, check requests and purchase requisitions.
- Assists with Accounts Receivable functions including but not limited to applying payments to appropriate accounts, monthly invoices, reconciliations and handling client inquiries.
- Runs ad hoc reports
- Other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS or HS Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in accounting, accounts payable, billing or the analysis of financial data.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles, processes, procedures and standards.
- Familiarity with MicroSoft Office and accounting software (i.e. Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE
2-3 days per week - This is a remote position.15-20 hours per week
