What you'll do as a Health Coach:

• Start your day connecting with clients through phone, video, or written check-ins—listening to their progress, challenges, and wins as you guide them toward their natural health goals.
• Spend time educating clients on nutrition, daily habits, and supplements—breaking down complex ideas into simple, practical steps they can actually follow.
• Document client conversations and progress, keeping clear and organized notes so each person receives thoughtful, consistent care.
• Collaborate with your team to share insights, discuss client needs, and ensure recommendations align with the products and holistic support available.
• Set aside time for your own growth through training, team meetings, or programs like the Christian Herbalist Course—continuing to deepen both your knowledge and your faith.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients—encouraging them, supporting them through challenges, and celebrating their progress along the way in their natural health journey.
• Naturally recommend products that fit each client's needs, helping them take the next step in their wellness journey.
• Wrap up your day knowing you've made a real impact, working onsite with your team 4-5 days per week (8 AM-5 PM).

Our Ideal Health Coach:

• Experienced: Holds a Naturopathic Degree, CNHP, or related certification, with at least 2 years of experience in functional health coaching or a comparable wellness discipline.
• Empathetic: Demonstrates genuine care, understanding, and patience when guiding clients through their wellness journey.
• Reliable: Follows through on commitments, maintains confidentiality, and provides consistent client support.
• Organized: Manages schedules, records, and follow-ups with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Motivated: Takes initiative to learn, grow, and actively contribute to the team's mission.
• Principled: Approaches coaching with integrity, compassion, and alignment to NewLight Health's faith-based values.
• Tech-Savvy: Possesses basic computer skills for maintaining client documentation and telehealth communication.

• $24-$34/hour, depending on experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Holds a Naturopathic Degree, CNHP, or related certification
• At least 2 years of experience in functional health coaching or a comparable wellness discipline.
• Basic computer skills
