Fleet Repair Solutions is seeking a skilled Mobile Tractor–Trailer Technician to support medium‑ and heavy‑duty fleet operations in Jonestown, PA . This is a mobile, hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in quality repairs, safety, and dependable service.
Pay & Incentives- Up to $38.00 per hour

- Monthly performance bonus potential - up to $12,000 annually

In this mobile position, you'll be responsible for inspecting and repairing trailers to ensure equipment remains safe, compliant, and ready for service. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing trailer issues in the field
- Using tools, technology, and software to manage work orders and document repairs
- Following safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Working independently while coordinating with a reliable support team
- At least one year of trailer maintenance experience
- CDL preferred , but not required
- Clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing work correctly
