Production Coordinator
STARR Restaurants is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Creative Services Team. The Production Coordinator provides hands-on support with menu production and branded material operations across our restaurant portfolio. This role ensures menu accuracy, brand consistency, production timelines, and vendor coordination are done efficiently and reliably. This is a full-time on-site role based out of our Home Office in Philadelphia.
Core Responsibilities
- Edit and typeset menus following established brand standards
- Menu revisions, printing, and production logistics
- Menus and collateral distribution to restaurant locations
- Update across multiple web platforms and content management systems.
- Work with third-party vendor and suppliers to align with production timelines
- Organize production room including paper stock, supplies and initiating printer maintenance
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, and WordPress.
- Background in graphic design and print production
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Restaurant or hospitality experience encouraged but not required.
- Weekend availability for on-call support as needed
