Experienced CDL Team Driver - Weekly Philly → CA OTR Route

What We’re Looking For:

• OTR Experience: Proven experience with long-haul, cross-country routes
• Team Driving Skills: Ability to work seamlessly with a driving partner
• Professional Attitude: Respectful, reliable, and committed to company standards
• Safety-Oriented: Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and strong driving history

Onboarding & Compliance:

• Must pass pre-employment drug test
• Must meet Roadrunner’s onboarding requirements
• MVR and background check required
• Complete Zalmai Transport and Roadrunner orientation and safety training

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate CDL truck for long-haul routes
• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with DOT regulations
• Maintain communication with dispatch and team partner
• Uphold company standards for safety and professionalism
