Join Fellowship Community as a Per-Diem Grounds Person!
Location: Whitehall, PA
Pay: $16–$18/hour
Are you ready for a hands-on role that keeps you active and connected to nature? As a Grounds Person, you'll help maintain our beautiful senior living campus, ensuring a welcoming and serene environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
- Collaborate with staff to support a vibrant outdoor atmosphere
- Follow safety and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid PA Driver's License & safe driving record
- Ability to lift, push, and move heavy objects
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with groundskeeping and equipment maintenance
- Must read, write, and speak English
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
