Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist (PT) at FYZICAL Collegeville, you will evaluate and treat patients using innovative techniques and cutting-edge technology to help them achieve their highest level of function and quality of life.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care using evidence-based techniques
• Utilize advanced technologies and specialized FYZICAL programs
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic culture

Required Skills Qualifications Required:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License (or eligible for licensure)
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences

Preferred:

• Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, neurological rehabilitation, or orthopedics
• Experience in an outpatient setting
• Desire to grow into future leadership roles
