- Location: Wilkes Barre, PA 18764 (Northeastern Pennsylvania)
- Assignment Type: Travel Cath Lab Technician
- Duration: 13-week contract
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM), Monday–Friday
- Call Requirements: Every 3rd weekend and 10–13 days per month
- Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (12 beds)
- Start Date: February 16, 2026
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,600 - $2,790
Cath Lab Technician Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of travel healthcare experience
- 1–2 years of cardiac cath lab experience required
- Current ARRT certification (Radiologic Technologist)
- ACLS, BLS, and RCIS certifications required
- EP (Electrophysiology) experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Cath Lab Tech Responsibilities
- Scrub and circulate cardiac catheterization procedures under supervision of Cardiologist and Chief Technologist
- Monitor cardiac cath cases and assist with diagnostic imaging studies
- Perform studies accurately and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical care
- Document procedures using EMR system (Xper)
- Wear provided operating room (OR) scrubs during shifts
