Manager, Adobe Experience Manager Technology
This role is for an experienced AEM Group Manager who can lead a team in creating personalized web experiences. You will manage and oversee software releases for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in both traditional ("headful") and modern ("headless") setups.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate marketing goals into effective technical solutions.
- Lead AEM software releases and manage the technical roadmap.
- Collaborate with business teams to plan project needs and technical requirements.
- Oversee a high-performing team of engineers, including hiring and performance management.
- Help set and track department goals.
- Ensure all deliverables comply with company policies and security standards.
What You'll Need
- Hands-on experience with AEM in both headful and headless deployments.
- Experience with Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
- Experience with other Adobe products like Adobe Launch and Adobe Target.
- Strong knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern engineering practices like DevOps.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of audiences, from engineers to executives.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Desired Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, CDN).
- Familiarity with tag managers (Tealium, Google, etc.).
- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEP, AJO, CJA).
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).
- Mobile development experience.
