Automotive Detailer

We take pride in maintaining a team of professionals dedicated to excellence and we are currently seeking a meticulous and hardworkingDetailer to join our CDJR of Connellsville location.
Position Overview:
As a Detailer you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for display delivery and customer pickup. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a passion for maintaining vehicles at the highest standard of presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles including washing vacuuming polishing and waxing.
- Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet C. Harper Auto Groups quality standards before returning them to customers or the sales/service departments.
- Apply protective finishes to vehicles exteriors and interiors to maintain showroom quality.
- Perform minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-up painting or buffing as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
- Assist with vehicle flow management to meet department deadlines for service and sales.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience : Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Attention to Detail : A meticulous eye for detail ensuring vehicles are spotless and meet the dealerships high standards.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. work on your feet for extended periods and perform tasks requiring physical stamina.
- Drivers License : Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
