As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a professional, mature, organized, and friendly Medical Administrative Assistant to become an important part of our team.

Position Overview:

The Medical Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting daily office operations while creating a welcoming and positive experience for our patients. The ideal candidate is mature, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment in both our Yardley and Buckingham locations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Process patient paperwork and intake forms
• Handle patient check-out and payment collection
• Accurately manage all equipment, office supply, nutraceutical and pellet inventory
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Assist with general office organization and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Must be a mature individual with a positive work ethic and ability to work independently with autonomy
• Previous medical office or administrative experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferredKnowledge of medical terminology is a plus
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate
• Must have reliable transportation with the ability to work in both our Yardley and Buckingham locations

Office hours vary by day. NO weekends.
