Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

Hanagan Landscaping Inc is a fast growing company that services the southeastern PA area providing landscape maintenance and construction to residential and commercial clients. We offer year round employment with the ability to grow within the company. We are looking to add a lawn and landscape maintenance crew leader to our current team.
Below are skills and experience requirements but the most important requirement we have at Hanagan Landscaping is being a team player, displaying a positive/ can do attitude everyday, and is looking to grow professionally and personally and move up within a growing company.
Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader
This position requires a minimum of 2 years experience as a landscaping crew leader with references. This position requires attention to detail, good communication and team work. The candidate should have experience in the following categories:
- Mowing (zero turn mower, walk behind mower, push mower, weed wacker, and leaf blower.
- Spring and Fall Clean Ups
- Hedge Trimming
- Ability to tell the difference between plants and weeds in a landscape.
- Ability to efficiently operate a truck and trailer.
- Have a current drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Efficiently run a crew to complete landscape and mowing projects.
