POSITION: Customer Service Representative

ABOUT US: Automation Aids, Inc. is a trusted supplier to federal, state, and commercial clients, known for precision, reliability, and exceptional service. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing government and commercial client base.

WORK LOCATION REQUIREMENT: This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Horsham, PA 19044 office Monday through Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide professional customer support via phone and email.

· Process orders, resolve issues, and manage account updates.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

· Support both government and commercial customers with order processing and account management.

· Understand and assist with government procurement processes (GSA schedules, federal purchasing systems).

· Maintain accurate records and documentation in ERP systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 1+ year of customer service experience.

· Basic Excel skills (sorting, filtering, formulas).

· Strong communication and organizational abilities.

· Experience with government clients, contracts or GSA schedules (a plus).

· Familiarity with Acumatica ERP (a plus; training provided).

· Knowledge of federal purchasing systems (a plus).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

· $40,000.00/year base salary.

· Are you comfortable completing a short Excel skills test as part of the hiring process?
