🚨 Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler | Warminster, PA (Contract-to-Hire)

About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team and help build custom-engineered systems including walk-in freezers, environmental rooms, automotive test benches, calorimeters, and more. If you enjoy hands-on work, interpreting schematics, and assembling precision equipment, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet system specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process flow diagrams.
• Fabricate metal components using saws, plasma cutters, sheet metal benders, and power tools.
• Install mechanical components such as shafts, levers, and bearings using lifts or hoists.
• Assemble modular insulated room panels and other packaged components.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized workspace using 5S and Lean practices.
• Travel occasionally as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of technical school training or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or custom equipment building.
• Proficiency with hand tools and ownership of basic tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with welding, industrial assembly, and sheet metal bending is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
