Office accountant
Location: Truck & Trailer Repair Shop 7646 state road PA 19136
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized accountant/office assistant to help manage daily office tasks at our truck and trailer repair shop. This is a straightforward position focused mainly on invoicing, handling phone calls, and keeping the office running smoothly. No heavy or complicated work required—just consistency and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoices using a computer system
- Answer and handle incoming phone calls professionally
- Communicate with customers regarding billing and basic service information
- Keep track of payments and basic financial records
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with simple administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (invoicing, typing, email, etc.)
- Good communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous office or accounting experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
- Easy-going job with no physical labor

- Stable and consistent workload
