We are looking for a hard working person willing to grow and learn as we do.
Responsibilities:
- Normal hours are 8am- 5pm Monday thru Friday. Hours will vary due to weather Occasional Sat will be worked. In the winter when and how long you will work is subject to change based on the weather as we preform snow removal services
- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in various tasks or to operate independently
- Assist in planning, then executing landscape projects, including garden and grounds keeping maintenance, installs and more
- Perform minor tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removal
- Build and maintain landscape features, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Build and maintain decks and fences
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Operate various pieces of equipment including skid loaders, tractors, excavators, non cdl dump trucks, snow plows, and more
- Assorted other things as needed
- Provide assessments of direct reports, and offer constructive feedback
- Interact with customers in a professional way.
