Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email, phone, and online inventory or quotation platforms.

• Prepare and process customer quotes while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers through outstanding customer service.

• Collaborate with internal teams and management to understand pricing strategies and identify sales opportunities.

• Support sales objectives by helping achieve established sales and customer acquisition goals.

• Review and verify customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with company policies and negotiated agreements.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.

• Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after the sales process to ensure a positive experience.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

• Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of productivity.

• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or client services.

• Experience working in a staffing, recruitment, administrative, or business support environment is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools is preferred.
