Coordinador de Operaciones
Propósito del Cargo
El Coordinador de Operaciones es responsable de asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos operativos diarios, garantizar la productividad del Centro de Distribución y dar seguimiento a las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos. Su misión es mantener un flujo operativo estable, confiable y alineado con los indicadores estratégicos de la empresa.
Responsabilidades principales
Supervisar las órdenes de trabajo y asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos y tiempos establecidos.
Dar seguimiento a pedidos, despachos, novedades y reclamos de clientes.
Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción diaria (98%).
Evaluar y controlar los KPI operativos y normas internas (100%).
Garantizar la custodia, exactitud y almacenamiento adecuado del inventario (99.9%).
Dirigir, coordinar y evaluar al equipo operativo (Supervisores y Team Leaders).
Generar y entregar reportes operativos y de desempeño según los requerimientos del área.
Coordinar el cumplimiento de la Matriz de Entrenamiento y capacitaciones asignadas.
Apoyar en funciones inherentes al cargo cuando se requiera.
Requisitos del cargo
Educación
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o carreras afines.
MBA en Logística Comercial (deseable) o experiencia equivalente de 2 años en un rol similar.
Experiencia
Experiencia en operaciones de Centros de Distribución.
Manejo de WMS (deseable).
Conocimientos técnicos
Equipos suministrados para operaciones logísticas.
Inglés intermedio.
Excel intermedio.
