Line Cook
Job Title: PM Line Cook
Location: Philadelphia PA
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has a passion for food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and teamwork. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
