End User Support Specialist – Workplace Systems

Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid)

Type: Contract

Job Summary

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative End User Support Specialist to manage and maintain shared and reservable workspaces across our facilities. This role involves working with floorplans, maintaining workspace data in a reservation system, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting end users in effectively utilizing workplace systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information from leads and stakeholders regarding shared and reservable workspaces.
  • Collaborate with facilities and real estate teams to obtain floorplans, convert files, and apply room/workspace numbering and naming standards.
  • Input and maintain floorplans and workspace data in the space reservation system.
  • Conduct assessments of shared and reservable spaces with agencies and document findings.
  • Enter and maintain accurate agency and user data within the reservation system.
  • Train end users on using the space reservation system efficiently.
  • Coordinate with Telecom, Video Conference, and Desktop teams to:
    • Maintain equipment inventories and track assets in shared spaces.
    • Install, program, and configure room scheduling panels.
    • Support projects to implement and enhance the space reservation system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management experience in implementing or supporting space reservation systems.
  • 2+ years of experience with space-reservation or room-booking systems (data entry, configuration, troubleshooting).
  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing workspace and user data accurately.
  • Ability to read, understand, and work with floorplans, including file conversions and applying room/workspace numbering standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting joint assessments of shared or reservable spaces.
  • Experience training and providing customer support to end users.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams (Telecom, Video Conference, Desktop).
  • Familiarity with equipment inventories, asset tracking, and technical support for room scheduling panel installations.
  • Commitment to improving data quality, documentation, and overall system accuracy.

Preferred

  • Experience working with government partners, real estate, and facilities teams.
  • Knowledge of general building construction and infrastructure design.
