Data Entry Clerk
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our client to support the accurate handling and organization of critical mortgage documentation. In this role, you will help keep loan files current, maintain clean electronic records, and assist with key system transitions as the mortgage team adopts a new platform. This position plays an important part in ensuring documents are properly digitized, indexed, and quality-checked so mortgage operations run smoothly. This is a 100% onsite, temporary opportunity based in Feasterville, PA.
Compensation:
$18.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
- Digitize mortgage documentation by scanning, imaging, uploading, and organizing files within internal systems.
- Ensure each document is accurately indexed, labeled, and stored to support efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of electronic files.
- Maintain a well-organized, paperless filing structure and assist with cleanup efforts during database or system transitions.
- Support mortgage operations teams by working in MortgageByte and contributing to the rollout of the new mortgage platform.
Qualifications and Skills for the Data Entry Clerk:
- Prior experience handling document processing, indexing, or electronic file management.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in high?volume data entry environments.
- Ability to learn internal systems quickly, including mortgage?specific platforms.
- Organizational skills and the ability to follow structured processes and documentation standards.
- Comfort working onsite in a fast-paced administrative or operations setting.
