What We Offer:

• This role offers the opportunity to develop high level sales skills through hands on experience, personalized coaching, and ongoing training – supporting your growth as both a sales professional and as a future leader
• $30,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses
• Full benefits including medical, dental, vision and IRA contributions

• Earning potential: $60,000–$110,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:

• Spend 30 hours a week in neighborhoods canvassing door to door and attending community marketing events to connect with potential clients (including working a weekend shift 1-2x per month).
• Spend 5-10 hours a week participating in meetings and trainings to share ideas and keep improving.
• Set up 10-12 sales appointments a week.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter with great communication skills.
• Someone who’s comfortable with technology and open to learning.
• Adaptable, organized, and ready for a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Able to commute to different territories within an hour in each direction of Philadelphia
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors
• Able to work M-F 9:30a-6:30p and 1-2 weekend shifts a month
• Effective communication skills
• Competent with technology
• Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and efficient time management
