Senior Construction Project Manager
About the Role:
As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will beresponsible for providing consulting services to a dedicated Life Sciencesclient based in Malvern, PA to help achieve the client company's strategicbusiness objectives. You will have a strong focus in supporting the implementationof a 3-5 year master plan.
This is not a remote role and does requireonsite presence in Malvern PA with potential additional client sites in the PAregion including Horsham and Springhouse.
This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible for the management of projects from initiation throughcompletion.
What You'll Do:

Developcapital plans for various Facilities projects for all stages and be responsiblefor portfolio management and project execution for a dedicated Life Sciencesclient. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interactdirectly with the client's site lead to manage and lead all projects includingpreparing all elements of the project, including the scope of work, projectdelivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule& milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Definethe project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the projectqualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bidevaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implementproject documentation governance that is aligned with company and clientrequirements.

Ensureproject data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.

Directthe project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achievegoals.

Buildaction plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress ofeach project and report status and variances.

Demonstrateability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingencyplans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

Applyin-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures toaccomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Mentorothers and share in-depth knowledge of own your job subject area and broadknowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

What You'll Need:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in theUnited States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Bachelor'sDegree preferred with at least 7 years of proven experience. In lieu of adegree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP,PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

Priorexperience working in a life science campus setting, regulated space or projectmanagement experience delivering Capex and Opex projects is strongly desired.

Generalknowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability toread architectural drawings.

Abilityto exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationwith a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

In-depthknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,PowerPoint, etc.

Interpersonalskills with a sophisticated inquisitive mentality.
