Trial Attorney

Berger Montague
Philadelphia, PA

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY IS DIFFERENT

Most plaintiff-side firms talk about going to trial. At Berger Montague, we actually do it — at the highest level of the plaintiffs’ bar.

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.

We have a busy national practice spanning antitrust, securities, consumer, employment, environmental, and civil rights litigation. We are looking to add a trial attorney with significant trial experience and the technical knowledge to prepare for and lead trials in complex class action matters. Our cases are large-scale, our opponents are sophisticated, and our outcomes change lives.

This is a position for someone who is ready to be in the courtroom — not on the sidelines. You will lead or substantially assist trial teams, working alongside some of the most experienced class action litigators in the country.

This is a rare opportunity to apply deep trial skills at scale on matters that matter — fighting for individuals and classes whose outcomes depend on what happens in the courtroom.
